Your data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard measures to protect it from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction — including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit.
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary:
- Enquiries that don't proceed to a project — deleted after 12 months.
- Active client data — retained for the duration of the project plus 3 years for legal and accounting purposes.
- Job applications — retained for 6 months after the position is filled, then deleted unless you request otherwise.
- Analytics data — retained for up to 26 months in anonymised form.
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we take commercially reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights

Access
Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
